Michelle Ullger

Director / Barrister / Mediator/ Commissioner for Oaths

Michelle has been in legal practice for over 17 years. She obtained her law degree and subsequently graduated with a Masters in Law (LLM). In 2005 she successfully completed the Bar Vocational Course and she was called to the Bar at the Middle Temple. Michelle was also an Erasmus Student and studied law (Derecho Mercantil) at The University of Seville.

Tony Christodoulides

Tony is a commercial litigator with over 20 years’ experience advising individuals and corporate entities in both the City of London and offshore. He has experience in all aspects of cross border and domestic commercial litigation, fraud investigations and recovery claims, insurance, banking, international trade, and shipping.

Christopher Pitto

Barrister

Christopher read Law at the University of Plymouth and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2009 at The Middle Temple, following successful completion of the Bar Vocational Course at The Bristol Institute of Legal Practice. He was called to the bar in Gibraltar in January 2010 and on completing pupillage was made a tenant in chambers and he has been in private practice now for over 11 years.

JOHN VIALES

Barrister

John has previously worked as an Investigating Officer for the Gibraltar Ombudsman and subsequently at the Ministry of Employment, liaising and working closely with various Government Ministers as well as their heads of departments and agencies. During his time at the Ministry (and whilst Gibraltar was still part of the E.U.), he assisted Gibraltarians with successfully applying for E.U. funds set aside to help new startup companies.
As a Barrister and Acting Solicitor, he has represented clients in criminal and civil matters both in the Magistrates’ and Supreme Court of Gibraltar, where he has gained extensive experience and successfully represented many clients. John has also spent many years building up a private practice in family law, assisting numerous parents in resolving their disputes in a reasonable and fair way, whilst always being sensitive to the needs of any children involved in such cases.
